Terms and Conditions for Business Participation
1. Agreement Overview
By signing up to participate in the Pride Up program, the business (“Partner”) agrees to provide exclusive discounts to customers in exchange for promotional exposure provided by Wilmann Estates Ltd.
2. Term of Agreement
This agreement is valid for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of registration. The agreement will automatically renew unless terminated in accordance with Section 9.
3. Discount Commitment
The Partner agrees to offer a minimum discount of 10% on selected products or services to customers presenting valid proof of participation (e.g., app, card, or digital verification).
4. Offer Availability
• Discounts must be available during normal business operating hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any exclusions (e.g., specific products, peak times) must be clearly communicated in advance and approved by Pride Up.
5. Promotion and Advertising
Pride Up agrees to promote the Partner through its marketing channels, which may include:
• Website and/or mobile application listings
• Social media promotion
• Email marketing campaigns
• Printed or digital promotional materialsThe nature, frequency, and format of promotion will be at the discretion of Pride Up.
6. Business Responsibilities
The Partner agrees to:
• Honour all valid discount requests in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information
• Provide high-quality products and services to customers
• Notify Pride Up of any changes to business details or discount terms
7. Branding and Content Usage
The Partner grants Pride Up the right to use its business name, logo, and images for promotional purposes during the term of this agreement.

9. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 12-month period.
• Pride Up reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Partner fails to honour the agreed discount or breaches these terms.
10. Liability
Pride Up acts solely as a promotional platform and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by the Partner. The Partner remains fully responsible for customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable laws.
11. Changes to Terms
Pride Up reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom
Customer Terms & Conditions – Discount Card Program
1. Overview
The Pride Up program is a promotional product that provides access to discounts offered by participating independent businesses (“Partners”). By purchasing or using the Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Service
Pride Up acts solely as a marketing and promotional platform connecting customers with Partner businesses.
We do not own, manage, or control the Partner businesses or the goods and services they provide.
3. Discount Usage
• Discounts are offered voluntarily by Partner businesses and are subject to availability.
• Each Partner may set specific conditions, exclusions, or limitations.
• Customers are responsible for checking applicable terms with the business before purchase.
4. No Guarantee of Availability
Pride Up does not guarantee:
• That all listed businesses will participate at all times
• That discounts will always be available
• That businesses will not change, suspend, or withdraw offers
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pride Up shall not be liable for:
• The quality, safety, or suitability of any products or services provided by Partners
• Any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from interactions with Partner businesses
• Refusal by a Partner to honour a discountAny issues or disputes must be resolved directly with the Partner business.
6. No Warranties
The program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Refund Policy
All Card purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with Partner services or unavailable offers.
8. Misuse of Card
Pride Up reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Card without refund if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.
9. Changes to Participating Businesses
Partner businesses may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
Pride Up reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
